We developed a gateway that seamlessly interfaces with the National Rail System, handling ticketing and distribution precisely. Accredited by RSP (Rail Settlement Plan), this gateway has been a cornerstone of Raileasy’s eCommerce platform for over five years. Our ticket issuing and distribution system, designed after an in-depth feasibility study, continues to support various Travelcard tickets, showcasing our ability to deliver reliable, industry-standard solutions.
We provided Eurostar with sophisticated reservations and ticketing solutions through the Elgar Direct system for over a decade. This system, which supported high departure demands and third-party travel trade bookings, was used extensively in Eurostar’s call centre and numerous other offices, demonstrating our capability in handling complex, high-volume transactions.
